Configure EIGRP with Process ID 1 using Wildcard Masks ?

Im new to EIGRP btw.

Is the "process ID" AKA the AS Number ? So itll be "router eigrp 1" and then "network 192.198.blah.blah"


It also says "advertise the network along with the wilcard mask for the appropriate subnet". Im guessing by enabling EIGRP it will automatically advertise routes ?
