Connects 2 USB Interface - won't connect

Hello,

Recently bought a Connects 2 USB interface, model no: CTARNUSB

Being trying to install it, however I'm not having much luck.

Ive connected the Blue cable to the CD Changer slot at the back of the Unit, and gone into expert settings within my Radio and tried to turn 'USB' on - however it seems my Radio isn't Recognising the interface.
I know it's connected in correctly because the lights on the pen drive flash when starting up.

Strangely enough - my partner has the connects2 already installed, so I decided to unplug hers and plug my Connects 2 interface in, it works in hers but not mine?

what at am I doing wrong?

Head unit different? Ones tuner list and ones update list.

How is your usb stick formatted ?

I looked at that connects 2 reader, and a few other ones, including this one :

And it says on that page :

2.Please format USB stick or SD card with FAT16 or FAT32 format before you save files and folders in USB/SD.

Thanks for the replies,

I'm sure the Radio i have is a 'Update List' Model as it has 'Update list' on the front of the head unit.

I have tried today to see if my radio & Connects2 will work in her car - no luck....

The only thing i can find is the radio's seem to be different.... Hers is an 'Update List' but with an 'Mp3' feature....

Surely i dont need to buy another radio?

And im using the same pen drive, the pen drive has worked in her car for the last 6 months.....
