Convert AVI files to play on DVD player

How can i do this?
Got a load of AVI files (like lost, jericho, dexter), and a mate wants them on DVD (has no pc).
Must be a way of doing this.
Please help.

Get him to invest in a DVD player that plays AVI files. They aren't that expensive
Saves time converting to MPEG. And you keep the AVI files quality also you can have several movies/episodes on a disk.

I got one of these so i can watch stuff in my caravan, but he aint interested.

Oh right, Well, there are plenty of guides on the internet to show you how to convert it.

I Haven't done it in a long time due to AVI player, so i forgot, and dont think i have the program anymore lol, so i could only link you.

My dvd player plays avi's , but i prefer to convert them to dvd . Use Winavi video converter . Best and fastest there is .

If you have a dvd burner use ConvertXToDVD. Very easy to use

I use DVD Flick - excellent if not slow!

Converts to standard/widescreen etc.
