Converting a DVD (ISO Image) to fit on DVD-R

Ive got a 5.something GB ISO image of a disc I need to back up for my mum. ive only got 4.7gb dvdr's. Is there any way I can easily compress this iso image to fit on a disc.

DVD Shrink wont do it. Convert Xto DVD 5 wont do it....

Only thing you could do is split the ISO using Winrar and then put it on two DVD's. Or you could try and re-create the ISO using a better compression system.
