ensures the car runs at optimum temperature. believe cat d renault stuff is good for 2 years, maybe more. whereas halfords and tweeks sell coolant that lasts 5+ years.

for the price it costs its well worth getting it changed, especially as the s**t that comes out when its flushed is unreal.

dead easy to change, benifits are the coolant not freezing and cracking the block, stops corrosion of the block etc etc

Well the stuff that came out was disgusting & smelt!

Flushed out & refilled now a nice luminous yellow/green colour.

According to schedule every 4 years, mines not even 3 years yet.
