Coolant Light on..? Is it anything serious? What do i top it up with? help

Sorry for being thick.. don t have my handbook and no nothing about engines..

What car? And it will mean your low on coolant. How do you know it's the coolant light?

Its a clio 182. Its a little orange one down bottom right that looks like a little engine underneath the cruise control light

Its the toxic fume warning light, probably something wrong with the cat. Is it under warrenty?

yeah.. its still under warranty.. could it be something major?

my cup one just pops on for a few mins every few weeks then goes out again strange,

but as above if its in warranty get it booked in mate.

It'll either be a new lambda sensor or a cat. Get it booked in with renault and just tell them the light is on and they'll sort it out.
