copy of XP media centre edition

Does anyone have/know where I can obtain a copy of this ? I have a valid licence key but it was pre installed on an old hard drive and I want it for my computer again.

I have an HP media centre pc, had to contact them for one at the sum of £30 ish.
Ended up upgrading to Vista.
Try the manufacturer.

Thats what this is, its a couple of years old and I'v just changed the case and Harddrive, surely if I use the CD key that I have on a downloaded version it will work ?
