Correct Tyre pressures for V6

Can anyone advise on this.

My handbook says front 2.0 bar and rear 2.1 bar.

i usually go around 29-30 psi

My handbook says (for the mk1 vee) 30psi on the rear, 20psi on the front.
I can't bring myself to run the front's so soft, so I fill them to about 28psi.
