Corroded brake line... options?

Hi, one of the brake lines on my 2004 1.2 clio has corroded to the point where fluid sprays out when the brake is pressed.

It's the line that runs along the rear beam.

What's the cheapest option to get it sorted? Can it be "cut and shut" or does the whole line need to be replaced?

Any idea of cost?

Get the lot replaced, simple enough job! An hours labour max, plus whatever they charge for the pipe!
