Some people are stupid.
So the car has had £2500 spent on it, wheels £1k, tyres £500, paint job £1800, bonnet £750, spoiler £250, £3000 worths of sound system and a £500 private plate!

The parts can cost as much as they like, but the end result just devalues them.
By the same token, you can spend hundreds in fitting cams, exhausts, fancy seats etc. to a Clio but it doesn't mean it's worth any more than a standard one.
