1.2i clio mk2

i have a problem with a my clio its mk2 1.2i ive had for 3 years now and its a t reg today when i was driving my clio to take the misses to work i slowed down at round about as a car went round when it was clear to go moved off in first and moved in to second after a few seconds the oil warning light cam on the flashed the was gone the a couple of seconds later the light came on with the battery light to and when the lights came on the engine died on me and now the engine wont start up or tick over it like its seized up i had the engine apart but still its not working could any1 please tell me how to fix this as i need my car.
