crappy idle when cold (willy lump)

morning. just a quick one hopefully, when the car starts and is cold, it idles anywhere from 900/100 and then drops down to 400/500 or so. if you then give it a rev it picks up again but is very lumpy until engine gets warm. then its fine.

i have changed the water coolant temp sensor, what should i try next, cold start injector?, or just get it down to renault, give them my bank account details and wait for the local paramedics to bring me round once i get there bill.

Perhaps an ICV or something similar causing the problem?
