yeah but if i it a old banger then it might have been cheaper in the long run not to go through the insurance and just pay for the repair. where as it will cost quite a bit for the mini to be repaired.

9/10 accidents from behind will involve insurance action (thus meaning your not putting your hand in your own pocket)

I know! God, I took my car for a service a while ago, had to bus it back home, it was scary, the bus spoke! Never have I'd heard that before, back when I last used a bus all it had was a chime! Now it tells you where you are and whats next!

Plus they stink and the screaming kids just do my head in lol

I had to get a bus today, after dropping the car off at the garage.

£1.70 for a 5 minute journey, 2.5 miles at most. And that was with the cheaper local bus firm that use banger busses, I was not impressed, last time i got on one of their busses their max charge was £1!

£3.90 for a 15 minute train journey lol, but i get with a half ( under 16) coz i look about 14

Prices are pretty much around £2 where ever you are going around here, When I use to get the bus it was 50p!

How times have changed!

We have a Fast Track service that runs from Dartford to Gravesend, IIRC its about £5, but they have built all these new bus lanes that cross over the road everywhere, so when the bus comes up, all the lights turn red and the bus just breezes through stopping everything, its caused nothing but chaos for us drivers!

ah gutting. my mum's boss crashed his mini into my clio, the mini had no damage at all and i had an £800 dent in mine. glad it's gonna get fixed though! i hate seeing crashed cars.

it wasn't even that big, it was just where it was/the work that had to be carried out to fix it.oh well, all shiny and new looking now.

It happens mate. I wouldn't be arsed about the mini it won't be written off or anything and she can get a claim in for whiplash. No big deal.
