Creaking/Clicking when turning left

Hey all

Wondered if anyone could help me out with a problem i've got with my 172 mk2 at the mo. When turning tight left obviously in 1st or 2nd i get a creaking kind of clicking sound coming from the front somewhere. I can only liken the creaking to the kind of noise you get from an old wooden ship lol. It sounds a rotational noise though, will it be something suspension or driveshaft related? It's quite loud and obvious and it does it everytime but only when turning left.
Any ideas??

Sounds like it could be the CV joint.

its not long had a new driveshaft though so i didnt think it would be that :/
