Creating a website for a small business

Is there some software i can use to create a website easily, basically...

get a trial of dreamweaver and a website template (loads about) and fill in the template.

Remember the image of your business to your customers is very important.. so if they go to a site which doesnt look the part because of lack of web design experience etc then you have no hope of it being a successful investment! Instead it will drive customers away. As a freelance web/graphic designer myself let me know if I can be any help should you run into difficulties!
