cruise control not turning on

When I press the switch for cruise control it's not working, doesn't even light up on the dash. Any ideas?

Doesn't change to show SET on the trip comp no? Does the speed limiter function work?

I'd guess shagged switch initially.

It seems like it's clicking ok but not showing set, speed limiter is fine :S

pull the pannel out easy to do with nail, disconnect plugand check with multimeter on ohms switching the switch to check

Just went for a drive and it's working now, that's French build quality for ya!!
