Current MPG on trip computer...

i drive a 182, and in my manual it says on the trip computer there is a "current MPG setting" but on mine i only seem to have average MPG... is this normal? and do they not actually have a current MPG setting?

You're right. It says it has a current MPG but actually has an average.

Had a current MPG on last car, which I childishly delighted in getting to 999.9 by coasting in gear at great speed down long hills.

Foreign Clios do have an instantanious (well a few second adverage) mpg readout.
