A blow of value is a value that releases the presure when it gets to high.

It sounds quite simple in theory but it would be nearly impossble in reallife i guess. Its a a simple spring which is compressed when the pressure gets to high releasing the hight persure air from the system.

I think your best going and buying one and leave somthing as complex although simple thinking as this to a manurfacturer.
