cv joint ?

got a kind of grinding noise comming from the passenger side front wheel but it only does it when turning right with quite a bit of lock on the wheel and going 30mph or over. am i right in thinking this is the cv joint?

Could well be, whip the wheel off and have a look behind, you'll know instantly if it is - there'll be thick, slimy, smelly grease all over everywhere. If you've caught it early enough, you'll be able to repack with grease and be on your way. If not - new shaft.

think it will have to be a new shaft as ive already had to put the boot back on twice and repacked with grease both times :dapprove: oh well.
