Cylinder 3 misfire

Right basically had it plugged in and it's showing cylinder 3 is misfiring. I've replaced coilpack, spark plugs, HT leads and injectors. And it's still misfiring. I've also double checked them all and still nothing. Anyone have any ideas of what it could be that's causing it?

Also this has only occurred since I had my gearbox changed. Could they have knocked a sensor?

Wiring to injector number 3? Are you getting a fault code?

Will try that, haven't got diagnostics on me right now, but whenever I unplug the cyl 3 lead from coilpack nothing happens to the engine.

Where are you counting the cylinders from as I made this mistake thinking number 1 was drivers side but I'm told its the gearbox end number 1. So I changed 3 instead of 2 and couldn't work out why it wouldn't work.
