D500 Phone Lock Code

Had a D500 over a year ago on contract. Anyways was upgraded and has lived in my draw since. Got it out today, put a PAYG sim in on the same network and it says enter phone lock code.
Any ideas what the code is anyone?

Can be 0000, 1234, 12345, 4321, 54321, 9999 - I'm assuming that you've had the phone unlocked already for un-original networks? Even then if the phone was originally on Orange, and the PAYG SIM is Orange, you may still need to get it unlocked
