Damp rear seats and boot carpet

Recently due to heavy rain I have noticed my rear seats and carpets (in some places) being damp. My car Clio MK2 does have a sunroof but I am not sure if that is the problem.

Has this happened to anyone or does anyone have an idea what could be the cause of this?

Try these rubber grommits then come loose, remove and put back in with some silicone.
