Swift Sport
Hey, I fitted some Eibach Pro springs a while back and now Christmas is on the horizon and my cars shocks look knackered it would make sense for me to use any money I get to replace them. I have been looking around and a few sets seem to suit my budget/needs:
Eibach Pro (Obviously )
KW
SPAX PSX
Now obviously the Eibach would bolt straight on and work pretty much as expected but out of the three they are the only ones that are oil filled (as far as I can tell) and are pretty much the most expensive. The KW's are the cheapest but I don't know how good their shocks are in comparison with their coilovers which as I am aware are very good. Finally the SPAX are nearly as much as the Eibach but these are adjustable on the car so I am tempted by these. Weirdly though the SPAX are cheaper if you buy a kit with the springs than if you just buy the shocks which would mean I could probably sell the springs and recover a bit of money.
I don't want the car to be slammed or anything so as long as they match up with the 30mm drop the springs gave me or drop the car only a little bit more (10-15mm) I will be happy. Also I don't want rock solid suspension, the car has to negotiate a dozen ramps every journey but at the same time I want the handling to be improved.
Any advice or other suggestions would be great.
