ive just logged in on my PC, and the screen is dark at the top fading to normal at the bottom
it has done this before and ive had to log in and out about 3 or 4 times to put it back right
is this a setting in Vista to reduce night time screen glare or something ?......if so how do i turn it off
on first log in, for a split second, the screen is normal brightness then it switches to this darkened view
