As it will be my first go using a polisher should I be looking at just the das 6 not the pro for being a novice?

depends really mate. If your on a tight budget then get the normal one but if you have plenty of spare cash im sure the pro is worth the extra money.

I was in the same position and just went for the pro. Had no experience of the other so cant really say if its much worse or not.

Go for the pro then do you get instructions on how to use each item in order etc... Cause I won't have a clue lol

No check the sticky guide gally posted on polishing with a d.a Its how I first started then after a few times you get used to it. Obviously nothing like a pro job but you can still make a big difference. :)
