I remember asking this ages ago mate and I don't think many had them built in as I couldn't think of where to put it either.
One option I thought of te other day would possibly be to extend where the head unit goes down the way and put it in there. It would look pretty smart but I think the gear stick would get in the way of viewing the screen unfortunately.
