I've had a bit of a scout around, but can't seem to see any for sale. This isn't a wanted add, as much as a what would one be worth etc?
I wouldn't mind a second engine to play around with, modify, clean up etc, then put in the original car.
Over the couple of months that I've been scouring clio forums, I've seen a few people saying I have a dCi lump laying in my garage etc etc.
If I was going to get one from a scrap yard, does anyone know how much I should look to pay. Doesn't really matter if belts need doing, that's kind of the reason I want one so that I can learn this kind of thing.
I've always paid for work to be done, but with getting an 'older, cheaper' car, I want to start doing some of these things myself!
