almost identical to one the other day which i reported having got an email saying they would ship me a low mileage 182 ust like that one from italy fully insured for a grand total of £3300 inclusive of car and everything...

Definate Scam, don't give him your email address by emailing him! Loads of these on pistonheads and gumtree! If price too good to be true and no contact phone number, definate......scam

Who in their right mind will hand over 3 and a half grand without going to the house, checking out the car thoroughly and driving the thing?

Set up a brand new email address if him having your email is what you are worried about.
So many sceptics!
You only get scammed if you are stupid enough to allow it!

I do photographic work for a prestige garage which sells cars like one and two year old
BMW M5's and Audi RS4's. Top end stuff. A load of their stock appeared on that site with
the wrong descriptions, wrong prices, incorrect mileages, and in some cases other peoples
phone numbers. Oh, and my photos Caveat Emptor as the saying goes - Buyer Beware.

The car will be correct but it will be for sale at the proper price somewhere else.These people just copy and paste the details,add there own price and wait for the scam to begin

Thanks people, my mate was looking at thsi today, I explained to him it was a scam, but he werent having none of it, I knew if i posted it up here you lot would show him properly
