Deals on a 200?

What sort of deals have people been getting on these.

If i am willing to pay list is there a chance of free insurance for a year and 0% finance with a large deposit?

Insurance, i could get for about £3K fully comp because of my age but i guess with delivery times i'll be 20 so will be a bit cheaper.

I've no idea mate but paying 3k for insurance if f**king mental...why not wait until your 21 and have another years no claims under your belt.....maybe spend the extra you save on getting a cup oooor better alloys etc

iirc someone got 3k off list price just bartering in the showroom so take a bit off the price you saw.

And if you do get one fair play, i think there mint...what will you be going for...colour/wheels wise.

Can't harm going in and having a chat, I am getting excited already but my head says to get a 172 to tide me over. I need something quicker because the C2 just isn't enough for the track and i now have 12 points to play with

As for colours, i would love LY but not for that price so would go with albi blue or deep black.

Also, if they offered me the insurance for free, then next time my renewals up i would be a year older with an extra years NCB

And for those thinking £3K is a lot, my friend paid £2250 on a corsa 1.2!

I could get it lower if flux were open to talk to, they said to ring them when i'm ready to commit and they will talk to the insurers, explain i have been driving the GT for a while and i may get it cheaper.

They will not offer 0% finance on the 200 as its part of the RS range. You can on the gt and i would imagine the insurance will be a little cheaper! 3k is kinda crazy.

Did you watch Top Gear recently? You could buy a G Reg Volvo estate in Beige. That should be cheap enough to insure and it's a turbo!

Buying new and paying so much insurance is stupid when i can have the same amount of fun in a £4K 172 i can insure for much much less.
