Decat and recessed

I've just ordered a straight through decat and supersports recessed exhaust system from KTR for my 172 cup, I have'nt recieved it yet, but i would just like to know if anybody has this setup and how does it sound!

iirc the ktec recessed exhaust is made by janspeed, if it is the same as the one o fitted for PSJ on his old flamer, lovely exhaust, lots of ajustment. sounded very sporty with a cat. it will sound lovely decatted i can almost gurentee, aslong as its not like my ktec stealth that went from being silent when cat'd to unbearabally loud with the cat removed.

i got the recssed on mine with cat and it sounds good but i do like loud cars tho bit of a drone on the Mway but good choice as the like nice when fitted proper

I like the K-tec recessed zorts but the backbox is heavy and causes it to sag.

It's very difficult to get it to sit flush.

st3ve there is a thread on here about solving this problem but all i have done is wedged a piece of copper pipe in the last exhaust mount that seemed to stiffen it up nicely
