I have the 43" version but it is the FDE version

It is a quality plasma

i wanted the xde as it should be wall mounted so the remote box is good only 2 cables needed to go to screen also it has 2 hdmi sockets
cnic69 have you had any issues with image retention ?

Never had a problem with image.
Always a great picture, cant wait to get a HD dvd player into when they get a little cheaper!

Defo go for the wall mount, it doesnt look great unless it is on the wall.

Had it for about a year now.
