dephaser pulley

hello everyone my name is matt im new to this so not sure how things work but i have a question.
how do you go about fitting the dephaser pulley to a clio sport 182? i have stripped the cambelt down and the engine is loocked with timming pins all in place, but i have heard you have to remove/refit the dephaser in a certain way? if so how do i do it?

have you got all 3 locking tools?

yeah i have the tool for the cams and the crank and i have a tool which slots on to the cam pulleys, but im not sure how to fit the new dephaser and how tight i need to do it up.
