Different ring tune?

Sometimes when i ring people at work on their work mobiles instead of it ringing they have put a custom tune on their.

Anyone know how to do this?

Yeah it's called caller tune, t-mobile have it. i use to have a song on, it costed £1 to add it or something and a couple of £ a month

you can hear a tune or whatever when you ring someone instead or ringing tone if thats what you mean
