dim headlights

what can I do to see better?
the bulbs are hb3 and there is no more powerful bulbs here. the headlight is the one with lens.
any ideas ?

Wash them if they're dirty

new bulbs and a good clean.

let me clarify;
the headlight:

this is the one with lens, dipped-low beam. no problem with the high beam, only the normal night driving low beam behind the lens.
