I have a clio van which I bought as a cheap run around a few years back... I've ended up using it daily and got rid of all other vehicles now as its a great car... I've not had to touch it other than cam belt, brakes and a few bulbs.
You can see from my avatar it came with a renault bodykit (any advise on what this is called?) 17's, tinted windows, lowered, 172 seats & door cards etc so perfect little vehicle.
It was a standard 1.5Dci 80hp which had been chipped to 95hp. However, I've noticed on motorways I tend to keep below 3000rpm - 80mph (when in europe obviously!!) as the economy is much better... a friend has come across some Nissan Note 1.5Dci (same engine) but its 100Bhp and 6 speed.
Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the 80hp and the 100hp? Will the chip already installed on my 80 have any effect on the 100?
And most importantly... will the Nissan 6 speed box fit in the clio?
