can you tell me if i put a more powerful display card in my pc will it make the picture better when watching internet live streaming television.
the card i have in is 64 mb.

Todays graphics cards are all about processing polygons and wouldn't make much, if any, differance to 2d apps.

The quality of the picture is related to the quality of the stream. the higher the bit rate the better the quality. You can have the best graphics card in the world and a poor quality streem will still look gash.
