Divx for mac, or converter?

Got a few files which are avi divx, how can i play them or convert them on a mac?

ive got handbrake but doesnt read divx?

Download VLC and play them with that.

How can i play these on ps3/360 its frustrating!!!!

On your Mac you can setup a network share folder which can be accessed from the PS3 browser to either stream from there or copy over to your PS3.

Alternatively buy this for only $20 and simplify the process

Or go to www.divx.com and download the DIVX codec for mac.

Or go to www.perian.org and download that codec which handles most of the codecs you'd come across is normal life.
