DIY Cage Spraying

Picking up my half cage tomorrow from Matt, it's one of the motorsport vision ones, want to spray it myself, pretty much straight away. Can anyone give me some pointers on the most effective way of doing this.

Hi, what colour did you have in mind?

Dan, if you are going to do it white, I'd recommend powdercoating.

Otherwise, a few cans of hammerite smooth will do the trick. Just rub it down well, and prime it.

I was going to go for white as that'll go with the 2118's but thinking of going for a bit of a random colour

must be hard spraying a cage...a lot of moving around involved.

just make sure you spray all of it and dont miss any bars

did mine in my corsa with satin black rattle cans, easy to touch up too!
