I'm thinking the glue would be strong enough for big dents, but maybe a bit tricky for car park dings, i got loads of car park dings on one side of my car and looks so s**t!

I bought one to have a bash at a couple of small dents on my door. If you want my advise don't bother the quality of the kit is crap and the glue doesn't really stick but I suppose that's what you get for a £15 kit

Did it get rid of dents tho?

No, The dents need to be massaged out by a dent professional imo, I had the same DIY idea before i paid £110 for a bloke to come and remove 6 dents. It took him almost 2 hours, A fair bit of work and a lot of skill imo.. I watched him.

^This is for a ball dent and the rest door ding dents.

Dent king could possibly work for big dents but i cant see if ever being anything than pulled out,

my old man pulled quite a nasty high curb dent out of his side sill on his 206 with one of these kits, But as said not really good for deep impressions or car park dints.

Did not do anything really it's a waste of money but was worth a try. I bought some of the suction cups that have some form of magnet inside them as well they worked a bit better but the dents are still there

That's what I'm going to do. Have 5 small dents on the car and was quoted between 80 and 150 they all said it's not a problem as long as they can get to the rear of the dent to help massage it out.

imo yes, you wont get the dent out using a pull kit, maybe better spending some money on a propper dent removal tool (that goes down the window sill and behind the dent) and a dent mirror, Then a tap down kit.

The bloke basically explained the whole prosess to me, You find the dent using the tool pushing out, Then sometimes create an outwards dent where the dent used to be, And use the knock down tool to correct it.

Either way your never going to get the smooth look back using a cheap kit.

No way am i spending £80, so gnna have to wait till a de-dent day comes along, £25ish per panel which is decent i guess!

So how do they do it? Say if the dings were on my car door, would they have to take the door card off? and work like that?

They slip a white plastic thing which looks like a big big tooth in between the door and glass on the outside door then stick there tool down the gap, Rears and boot the panels are removed.

I paid £15 per panel for a professional dent remover to come and sort out my car. Now all the panels look new. Moral of the story is......just pay a professional to do it.
