do coilovers settle in ?

Do coilovers take time to settle in and get lower in the first few days of fitting brand new ?

will do, my fk's have settled about 10 mm since fitting

not sure on they'll get lower as such, but maybe if we are arguing over millimetres then yes they will likely sit down a few mm, i cant say my gaz did (certainly not noticeably) why do you ask? the rears not low enough?

My rears are set as high as they will go :S

but Gaz are adjustable damping so maybe having them firmer will stop them moving as much (in terms of bedding in)

yeah my mate just bought some v maxx, same as mine, and he says there no where near as low as mine on the rear

Wheel size/tyre profile/weight etc. will have a lot of effect on how low they go/look.

My Vmaxx settled down quite a bit at the back and not much at the front. I'd set the back 20mm higher than final ride height you want.
