Do fancyplates.com ever respond to emails!?!!?

I sent them a message throught their contact form and got nothing back after 5 days. So then realised they had a directo email address so emailed that aswell about 3 days ago. Still not heard back from them.

Pretty annoyed tbh I wanted to buy a set of plates but would rather get them somewhere else now just coz they havn't bothered to respond.

Anyone else had probs with them, who else is a good company to use?

I sent them an email on the 10th at 18:10 with a whole heap of questions (I'm very fussy) about how the plates would look, how to get the discount, etc. I got a detailed response at 09:42 on the11th.

I then placed an order for two plates at 08:34 on the 15th and at 10:56 the same day they got back to me with a query (I'd asked for something that couldn't be done.)

So till then pretty prompt. It was a guy called Michael that I was corresponding with.

When I tried responding to the last email from them (at 12:32 on the 15th) I got an error message that said my reply hadn't been sent, and I should resend - but my reply was in my 'sent' folder, so I left it at that. But I heard nothing back so I sent my reply again at 17:56 on the 17th confirming what I wanted them to do, and that they could go ahead and make the change that they'd suggested.

But haven't heard anything back yet, and haven't received the plates. They wouldn't necessarily feel the need to respond to my last email, and it's too soon really to have expected the plates yet. So I'll give it until next week.

Who knows - maybe they've just got a problem with their email.

Sounds like something is up then. Just nice to know it's not only me!
