Do i need a new tyre...hit a rock

Just hit a rock in the road, think iv fcuked my new tyre (which cost £110 2 months ago!!)

Im dont know anything about tyres...is this going to need changing?

guy at work had a buldge in his tyre for a while, the tyre exploded on him last night at 60mph he lost it and writ his car off in a ditch, tolf him to change it lol
