Just wondering who you insure with, boring question I know but I think my Lewisham postcode does me no favours as I still get quotes around the 1000 quid mark and I'm 28, full NCB no accidents/convs so was wondering who to try. My renewal with Highway through Greenlight is 557 which I think is still a bit steap, I've tried Tesco, Admiral, Privilege (who are currently the cheapest @ 540!) the list goes on. Thanks for any help, and before anyone directs me to the list of insurers, I'm just asking for ideas from people in my area!

Privilege are pretty good...

If you get a National B license then go to Competition Car Insurance. You will get a 10% discount for that ANN 10% for being a Cliosport member!

Also means you will be insured for a few trackdays, result!

Ah, nice one, will they give me 10% off for being a member without the National B license? Also, how are they on mods (I'm only talking 17's and very slight tints here) as you can't put that in on-line?

Well i have a car insured with them which has rollcage, 6 pots, exhaust, coilovers etc. I doubt any of their customers have standard cars!

Yeah they will give you a 10% discount on membership, you just need to prove you have posted or give membership details (e.g photocopy of CS card)
