Dodgy climate control help please!

Hey all, my climate comtrol is playing up on my ph2 172. The heating seems to be working as far as I can tell but the fan isnt always coming on, any ideas? New fan? New cntrol panel? New car?

Was just making a dodgy sound as well! So I switched it off completly!

Yeah hopefully that and not the ac pump!
