Does a mk1 ph3 RL have power steering?

mine did, it was a Mk1 Ph3 1.4 RL with PAS and ABS! (but it was an Auto)

Yea, they did a 1.4 RL in an Auto (oddly) - All the other 1.4's were RT's etc..

RL's usually only 1.2's
