Does this mean I have an oil leak?

Yes, hope its still in warranty.
Its your cam cover thats leaking, they dont have a gasket, just sealed together. Needs removing, cleaning off and resealing, a new cam belt and aux belt will need to be fitted aswell.

Expensive.

  No more clio's for me!
Oh bugger, Mines exactly the same, just had a cambelt done too 7k miles ago. Could explain my most recent problems! :(

;)

Not as much as yours, looks to be weeping out of one bolt near the oil filler, thought maybe it was just spilt when they filled it up, but I wiped it clean and it came back.

They have been 2300 hard miles though ;)

As long as it not running in to and contaiminating the cambelt like some have had on hear.

Still a poor show, I will ge mine sorted before the warrenty runs out as long as it does not get worse and claim my new free cambelt!

mines had the same problem twice (will have to check to see if it has come back now) and the Renault fix is to take the bolts out and dump some sealant down the holes then put the bolts back
