Door nearly fell off!

I don't really know where to put this but i guess this is my best bet.

Open the door and it drops 4/5 inches.
The top bolt holding the hinges together fell out so just the bottom hinges are holding the door on, i've checked if it has bent anything but all seems okay.
Best thing is, i was parked over a drain and the bolt type thing went straight in.

It had to be shut with a friend picking it up and shutting it from the outside.

My dad bodged it up a treat with a bolt and nut which is probably better than the renault one lol

So basically does anyone know the part number so i can get another ordered?

Someone I used to work with had a Pug 406 Coupe company car about 4 years back and their door once fell clean off when they opened it. Couldn't believe it until I saw it!

Top bolt is meant to go in from the top to prevent it from falling out.

I meant the head of the bolt on the top of the top hinge

In the same way, the bonnet release is on the wrong side and the wipers go the wrong way, deffo french!

I think my door has dropped a little because when sitting in the driver seat and the passenger side door is closed its quite a loud bang and when you open it it seems to drop about 2mm
