Door pin wont raise fully?

is this something to do with the cold weather as the drivers door, door pin does not come right up and cant get in the drivers side!
But only seems to do it when its cold?

lol, yeah works a treat with a dab of wd40 cant beat that stuff!just sprayed in the lock will take door cards off if its like it tomo!
