i picked up a set of these from the accessory booklet... but they are dark grey/black.

anyone know of any nice silver ones with clio or renault on them ??

Larkspeed do ones with "Renault" "clio" or "Clio 16v" for about £30, or if theres no luck there I got mine from Carnassures.
