Door Speaker Grill

I'm looking at upgrading my standard speakers, back and front.

Can I replace the standard grill with ones that come with the speakers? or do i have to keep the standard grills?

could use the new ones...but wen you see it..youll see why you shouldnt.
jsut stick the standard ones over them ...tucks them away nicely
